Asiantii Woulard

I am hoping that is the case. I hope Woulward realizes that this is the same coach that would not give him the time of day at UK. That should be a turn off in itself. Now he has a chance to come and be a star at UK and run the Air Raid with Neal Brown. I just hope that is enough to make him pop for UK

    ^^^^^^^^This!!

  • The offense UK runs should help them in this battle. Just throw on that Texas Tech Youtube video for further proof. UF's system sucks. Driskel is obviously the chosen one down there. Woulard needs to come to UK. And I think he will. Don't let UF flex there muscles and certainly don't let Joker of all people persuade you.

  • Have we even offered Woulard yet? If not, can we make that happen stat??

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I, I took the one less traveled by, and it has made all the difference (Frost).

  • Yes he has been offered a scholarship.

  • I feel as though Woulard could be a program changer. If he comes, has success, he could be a model for players who are over looked by bigger programs (near disrespected) and are given a chance to shine in the system that Coach Stoops and Brown are creating. I watched every episode of the Elite Camp. This kid did nothing but impress every single episode. It left me wondering how he fell to USF. Florida is more attractive simply because of their name/tradition. But that offense does not fit Woulard. Coach Brown will make a big push by sharing his system, his success with QBs who have a similar skill set.

WE NEED THIS KID but either way I am more excited now than I have ever been. The spring game can't get here soon enough.

How would a kid like Woulard fall?

    A. he doesn't play for an elite program in Florida. Even this year his team finished with a losing record.

    B. HIs first year as a qb was his junior year.

    C. Most major programs get their qb commitments during their junior season. Every single qb on the elite 11 show was commited but for one and that kid ended up going to fresno state. Most big time programs only take one qb per class.

  • If you were a recruiter..and you had ties to the Elite Camp...would you at least give the kid a look? There were 10 other kids on that show who were committed. I agree that most kids get recruited based on their junior years and agree with all of your points. Despite all of those facts, I still find it hard to believe USF is where he ended up.

Never the less, hopefully we land him.
