The CatsPause.com message board community has always been very important to us and we want to provide the best place for UK discussion for our users.
As a staff we have decided it is the time to transition to the 247Sports model of combining free and premium boards. If you are a registered user of CatsPause.com you will now be able to join in the discussion here in addition to reading all non-VIP posts.
For subscribers of the site, you will also be able to read and comment on everything labeled VIP on the site. if you only want a post on this board to be seen by subscribers of CatsPause.com, simply check the box “Show post to CatsPause subscribers only.” Moving forward, this 247Sports innovation will distinguish between registered members and VIP members instead of having separate "free" and "premium" boards.
We believe this change will create better discussion among all UK fans, which will make our community even better. The HoB had always been free for all registered members to read, but we did not feel like it should prevent those users from joining the discussion.
We’re excited about this change. We’re going to make this transition at midnight on Tuesday. As a subscriber, you won’t see any change outside of more users jumping into the discussion and all articles now linking to the HOB to comment on.

Let me help clarify: Subscribers will get all the articles as usual, but also the "VIP" posts on the HoB. Those are readable only by our paying members of the site. Having the ability to distinguish between a VIP post and a "normal" post with the technology 247Sports uses was one of the main reasons we wanted to consolidate the boards.

I agree and there are some very good posters from the lair that havent been able to post here. IMO this change puts TCP above the other paying sites.

Thanks to all for the encouragement and optimism. Change is never easy, even when it's a good thing. This 247Sports message board technology and appearance is so cool. Please help us spread the word about the changes. No reason we can't have a big party going forward.

Yes, I think UofL will win.
Yes, only House of Blue plus Paddock and Ticket Exchange. Didn't want to bring those into fold. Strictly UK sports talk and info.

I'm very glad for the change. There has been so many HOB subjects I have wanted to respond to but was unable. Thanks for the change! I feel like a cat that has been staring outside at a Cardinal ready to pounce and someone finally opened the door so I could! Wooohooo!!
