With today's topic, I'm making it all about you guys. I know we ask this frequently, but it's only because we care. We genuinely want to cater our site content-wise to our readers. But what are you guys looking for from a content standpoint?
What would you like to see and read?
Jeff touched on some of the technological advancements coming from 247 and believe me, it's just bonkers. But we also want to produce content that you guys are craving.
As a site, we're continually looking to improve and serve our reader base and subscribers. So what would you like to see?
A database of historical UK football information similar to Jon Scott's.
I'd love to see an opinion column from someone on who you think might be in our 2012 class by the time its finished, just hunches based on what you're hearing. Maybe put some kind of percentage on players making their way to UK? Just an idea anyway =)
Nitpicking, because this site has been very good to me this far, but I'd love some candid interviews with our respective staffs. Maybe not so much about what is currently going on, but maybe some reflective pieces. I know this is certainly a difficult task, but if it could be done, it would be fun. Some behind the scenes stories, preferably funny, or maybe just more insight on them as people.
Again, this is not something done easily, but I'm aiming high. Thanks for all you guys do, Fish. I certainly appreciate the efforts!
Excuse the typos.
Where are they now articles one past FB and BB players. Not just the stars but others who have played. But I hesitate to mention this because I wouldn't want to take any time away from the great work you guys do on recruiting news. That is the reason I subscribe and will continue to do so.
Personally, I would like to see one UK site cover at least one football event in this next year. For example, a lot of UK targets were at the Ohio State camp earlier this spring - that would have been a good one to cover.
Although I'm guessing this is more of a 247 network issue, I'd like to see a better database. Right now it pales in comparison to Scout & Rivals in terms of content/video.
