Awesome!!!!! You know when the staff talked about trying to flip a couple recruits, who would have ever imagined this one! Between he and McWilson thats 2 4* guys from traditional FB powers. WOW!! Great job Stoops and company! Welcome Jason and all the other signees as well.

It's been a great day for UK football. OUTSTANDING job by Coach Stoops and staff and current players who help host these recruits on their official visits. It's important these kids feel the love and bond well. BBN support through forums, twitter and at Rupp helped too. Social media is what these kids know and thrive on. Big WIN for all. Good day to be a CAT.

I still can't believe it......I just knew that he was going to pull out a stupid Loserville hat and flash the big L with his hand. Stoops is for real!!!!! We might actually have a competitive football team going forward.

Just trying to wrap up a little bit here.
Hatcher says he knew it was UK Monday but didn't let the UK staff know until yesterday morning.
Credits Stoops/Eliot's work with DEs at FSU. Also appreciated their persistence.

Said he knew he wanted to get out of the city of Louisville but distance, unanswered questions were factors going against USC.

Interestingly, if you watch UK's in-house NSD video Jason Hatcher was actually the 14th LOI in hand, around 10-11 am.

Just trying to give the guy his day in the sun, gotta give the staff credit for that as anyone and everyone was trying to scoop this story for the the last two days.
