they won't be able to redshirt the entire class..... some of the guys we've signed are just too talented to keep off the field. And with some of our depth at some positions, it's almost a given some will play. But I agree that if their not needed, REDSHIRT them. Don't just play them on special teams...... let's save as many as possible. But if they beat out the guys we have coming back, by all means get them on the field however possible

It would be nice but not even the best of the best programs redshirt all of their freshmen. If somebody can play and help game 1 you play them...

No team red shirts everyone like they did a few year's back. Kids coming out of HS are much more advanced physically and coaching and the very good ones want to play early.

Jones has signed his LOI per a report from Derek at BBK. Thomas is the only person we're waiting on right now and the sooner he gets his in the better.

Most people felt Pearson was closer and the UK staff cut him loose to WKU so it's not a big shock to me that Ross would have to go JUCO. Wish both guys had done more work in the classroom earlier in their careers and ended up at UK but that's how it goes.

Tee just mentioned on the UK chat that he had another discussion with Bookie Cobbins this past week about moving over to more of a WR/QB role. I think the additions of Towles and Whitlow will make that a certainty now.
