I have read this, and it is indeed a good article. I agree with the premise, and I would add that I think the NCAA needs to also reevaluate their mission.

Blue Ghost, the NCAA probably should revisit its Mission, and when it does it would conclude that it must remove the institutional bias from the enforcement process. The problem is that those that would revisit the NCAA Mission are the same ones that have that bias, and the same ones that exercise it now in the current enforcement system.
What a bunch of inbreds.
