Oh gotcha. That's exactly what I thought when I found out MacKensie didn't visit. Some people took that as a negative, but I knew in my guy right away that this was probably "good" news for our chances.

We have some holes to fill and are replacing literally half our staff. I don't see a "big" 2013 unless we have some luck.

Just some info, the guy is a decent qb coach...anybody could coach Peyton Manning. No way he has anything to do with calling anything at FSU if you guys are lucky. Terrible recruiter.

He is going to be the rb coach not qb coach at FSU and he was rb coach (not qb coach) at UT when Peyton was there, IIRC.

Sorry, but I haven't followed UT closely enough to remember his production as an RB coach back then.

MacKenzie is tentatively scheduled to visit Tennessee next weekend without his brother, FWIW.
However, as I've said here before, Alexander's recruitment has been crazy. No telling where he ends up next weekend at this point.
