You guys have to realize that none of the names you are hearing right now are coming from uk. One of them may end up being hired but Mitch gains nothing by having the names public. Coaches who want more money or a raise want their names attached to jobs. Gundy is one of those names. He knows that osu wants to keep him so he floats his name out there connected to jobs and t Boone asks him, "what's it gonna take to keep you".

Look what Petrino did. He got his dad and a former assistant's father in law to do interviews on his behalf. Why? To get people saying his name again.

Don, you really think T Boone is gonna let a coach like Gundy get away? Relationships like that are always a little strained. I've heard that he and the AD don't get along either. Not sure about he and Pickens but I doubt they let a guy like him get away especially not to a program like ours.

I don't doubt that T Boone thinks that but I still don't see it happening. Just because T Boone thinks he can get somebody better doesn't mean that Gundy wants to make the move. I'm saying even if Gundy wanted to make the move which he doesn't T Boone wouldn't let him get away.
