I think he does a good job with Alabama, but I am curious as to what others think about his Bama teams... Is he a slow down pace, grinder type of play head coach, or has he just not been able to get enough talent to Alabama to play any other way? Thoughts....
In my opinion he's had plenty of talent we're talking JaMychal Green, Trevor Lacey, Trevor Releford, Devonta Pollard (5 star recruit), Tony Mitchell and others just over the past 2 years... I'd say that's not bad,
I guess that leads to the conclusion that he ultimately aims to play the deliberate, stall ball. I just didn't think that was what he was bringing to Alabama when he was hired. Oh well, just curious what others thought
He is a defense-first, pound the air out of the ball on offense guy.
Donovan needed a guy to coach Defense. Grant needs a guy to coach offense.
He's gotten stuck into the new, fandangled style of basketball of how much pushing, slapping, hacking can I get away with.
