We knew it was coming, but seeing it to actually be true really hurts. Injury to Noel or not, there is no excuse for missing out on the tournament. Yes there is a great class of kids coming in,but there is no way to defend missing out on the big dance. Cal needs to find a happy medium of getting the elite recruits and getting the guys who will stick around for a few years. I hope this year has opened his eyes a bit to changing some things up. I am sure some of you will slam me and tell me I am stupid, but I believe you learn from your mistakes and failures. This season is evidence that mistakes were made and some changes are needed.
