You can't be this stupid? All the states I said had more than New York except Penn which tied! You just proved my point! Also Ohio had alot more. Talk about fail! But thanks for the help! LMAO!!!! It's true you can't fix stupid!

really? So PA is a hotbed but NY isn't? they're tied for 7th in the country... Since Syracuse is the only FBS School playing football it has access to a TON more talent than cincy which competes with several FBS schools and tOSU.

Seriously, you're grasping for straws pal..

Nice try. Can't blame you for trying like hell to hide your stupidity. Now is when you should just shut up and accept the fact that you made a complete moron out of yourself. It's ok. Folks on here aren't surprised.

Oh for the love of god? You are why they make the ignore button. You proved yourself wrong twice now. Syracuse, buffalo and Navy are all FBS schools. Are you kidding? Also don't forget Rutgers. Do you understand you are proving my point here? Take that into account then what do you have? Hop you just are flat wrong and you proved it yourself.

  • Kirby Smart has reportedly said No to Kentucky. Also heard that Fulmer isn't a serious candidate.

Navy in ny? Lol. Try West Point. You are correct re: buffalo.

You said pa was a hotbed and my wasn't. They currently have the same amount of players in the nfl.

    I rest my case.

Bless your little heart. And brain.

I meant Army. Come on! You know what I meant. Also you said Cincy was hard to win at right? So, so far you've proven on your own that that's not true by showing how many more players are in the NFL from OHIO? Are yu proud to prove yourself wrong? Again thanks for the help!banghead

  • Well brain child. Cincy has only been a bcs school for a decade. So top players fromohio didn't go to Cincy. They still don't due to their miserable facilities. The best from Ohio go to tosu, Michigan, nd and other top big 10 programs. Anybody with a pulse knows thst. The only tradition Cincy has in football started with brian Kelly and has been continued by jones.

More pesky facts getting in the way of your small brain.

    Ps, Rutgers is in nj

  • Truth lies somewhere in the middle as it usually does in these little squabbles. Clearly its hard to win at Cincy and Cincy is without a doubt a small school with little football tradition and poor facilities, little money and support. At the same time Jones followed Kelly and has been a caretaker and has not elevated the program. He sustained the success of Kelly and they've taken small steps backwards. Granted they're young and its not always easy being a caretaker and implementing a new way of doing things when the coach that preceeded you had so much success. Players didn't feel like they needed to change so they probably rebelled at first so I'm sure it took a while for Butch to get his players in there to do things his way. Also this year specifically you have to take into account that is one of those year where Butch just simply does not have an elite QB. Not only does he not have an elite QB he doesn't even have a decent QB yet he's still on pace to win 9 games granted in a weak Big East. The rest of his team outside of QB though looks solid and they compete. So for the most part I like the guy. He's shown he can win games regardless of the Kelly factor. If he couldn't coach A. Kelly wouldn't have endorsed him at both places and B. both program would have fallen on their faces.

This hire would be a solid but not a Home run by any means. However I still contend that the Home Run for us still comes after the hire. With hiring and spending money on a great staff for the new coach, a real SEC quality staff that can flat recruit and coach. With upping our recruiting budget to an SEC level. With upgrading facilities and Commonwealth Stadium. All of this means more administration and support from the powers that be around UK football that could really make a difference. If we don't have these factors in play it doesn't matter who we hire unless its Nick freaking Saban which we know its not going to be.

Jones was my number 2 behind Petrino. Not anymore. He loses to teams he shouldn't like Toledo and Syracuse. Also does anyone think that Jones would put butts back in the seats? No! If you don't think this ways into the equation then you're fooling yourself. Jones is nothing more than a smokescreen in my opinion.

If UK were to gire the back stabbbbbber punk Petrino I will neaver watch another UK football game untill he quits or is fired. My money and mu companies money will go to other schools. Period.

And any person who wants that homer is by far an idiot PERIOD.

HELL JUST HOLDING ON TO THAT PROGRAM IS A WIN TO ME. CINCI WAS HORRID AND HAS TO PULL TALENT FROM THE PLACES AS UK.

KELLY KNEW WHEN TO GET OUT AND HE DID. JONES WILL TOO AS LIKE STRONG WILL AT UL HE WILL BOLT FOR THE MONEY AND THE BETTER TALENT TO BE HAD LOCALLLLLLLY.

    dvillepro1

  • You better know when to bolt for a better job. Because if you don't you are injury from a star player away from being stuck in the Big East forever. Or the Metro whatever you wanna call it. Teddy Bridgewater comes out and gets hurt first game of the year next year and Strong is stuck. Then you end up getting fired at a place like Louisville. If you aren't on the way up you're on the way down.
