Mitch is great at the hires that have no real pressure associated. But with the 2 high profile money programs he has used a ham fisted approach. He screwed up basketball until he was told to hire Calipari. And I don't know if he can ever figure football out on his own.

Great article... full of truths.
Here's the quote that really jumped out at me: "Lost Guy Morriss to Baylor after a surprising 7-5 season"... because that was my first "WTF" moment with Mitch.
Speaking of Guy Morriss... I wonder if... nahhh, forget it. There's no amount of money that would lure him back to Kentucky (not while Mitch is still around).
There was a time we'd hear his name as possible HC candidate whenever a job was opening up. What happened... no one ever mentions his name anymore. He had great success turning Baylor's football program around. However, even though his current record as HC of Texas A&M-Commerce is nothing to brag about...he would still be a great improvement to our HC position.
