Bruce Pearl as an assistant?

What say you? If Cal brought him on as an assistant, should one of ours leave, what would you do?
I am fervently against him ever being the HC at Kentucky, but I think I could actually dig on having him as an assistant. It's odd that he was at the game.

I don't mind pearl. He made a mistake and everyone deserves a second chance but I say let someone else take that chance. We simply don't need to right now.
Besides, I don't think we could hire him if Cal wanted. Pretty sure the show cause applies to assistant jobs as well.

It's not odd that he was at the game ... he's now a member of the media and was there in that capacity. He and CBSSports.com writer Jeff Goodman are now co-hosting a college basketball radio show on Sirius satellite radio. Pearl and Goodman were both at the UK-Florida game on the sidelines as members of the media.

Yeah...because we don't hear "UK and Cal are a cheater school!" near enough in the media. Let's add on an assistant coach fired by one of our rivals for recruiting violations.
