    Funny, that's what you're trying to do...

    It's one thing to have a source that was wrong like Sleepy but it is a completely different story when somebody gets on here and says the deal was done 2 weeks ago and it will be annouced Sunday, then Monday then at the latest Wednesday after the staff of this site said over and over again that he wasn't even being considered.

    I guess you stopped reading after the Petrino thing too because I said just that. Let's get the train rolling. Whoever wants to jump on now's the time to do so.

    Come on don't you guys know? It's all just a big cover up, Petrino really has taken the job. They're just keeping it a secret until closer to next season. All joking aside I do think we got a good coach and I can't wait to see what he does for the program down the road.

  • No one is trying to start a fight, but, I would be interested in hearing from the ones who kept saying if they don't hire Petrino, they won't renew their season tickets or if it's its anyone but Petrino, then Mitch is an epic failure, etc, etc, etc..

    I always tease the Florida "insiders" .... They all said Bob Stoops was signed with UF.

    AD's don't let much info out during searches. I'd be willing to bet you don't even get a return phone call unless you're a 6-figures-a-year booster. And even then, I bet the info is limited during a coaching searches.
