In my opinion, the reason this team isn't progressing as fast as Calipari's other teams is because of its personalities.
Cal doesn't have the alpha dogs he's had in the past and it takes longer to change mentality.
Poythress, Wiltjer, Cauley-Stein, Harrow, all those guys are passive guys. Not warriors like a Michael Kidd-Gilchrist.
That will change with Aaron/Andrew Harrison. Guys are ultra competitive and aren't afraid to get in your grill.
