Would sure like to know why we never offered this kid..Anyone have any inkling on the story behind it?

Aside from having Randle ahead of him on UK's pecking order there has been concerns over his attitude since last year. Seemed like he kept making comments about UK to try to pressure Cal into offering him and that just doesn't work.

That, and consider Walker's AAU team is also one of the ones in trouble due to ties to agents. Don't think it's worth it. I was pretty sure he was going to Florida anyway, but when he said that they are going to win a national championship?? I stopped right there, and just walked away in disbelief, 2 players means nothing, Boynton and probably Young will be gone, they have pretty much no one else, and it's a year away, kind of funny.

He didn't play in a game last summer because he was hungry. . .
A couple days ago, he caught a made shot and dunked it as if it were an ally-oop. . . In a live AAU game, why would you do that??

UK had their reasons and I'm beginning to think Aaron Gordon is one of them. Was always going to come down to UK and Florida. UK didn't offer. Easy choice for Walker.
I'll say this: Billy Donovan is building a team that will absolutely be able to compete with UK over the next several years.
Kasey Hill, Chris Walker, Damontre Harris, Dorian Finney-Smith. That lineup is scary.

Walker is a freak athlete and I don't want to make too much of this but in a way, that play kind of sums up Walker in a lot of ways to me.
