Did you guys see this fight at the end of the Cincy-Xavier game??
As bad a bench-clearing brawl as I've seen in a long time.

Yeah. . . The players on both teams embarrassed their universities there. . . Well actually UC fans probably like that kind of thing. . . Yancy Gates shouldn't be allowed to play basketball. . .

By the time the NCAA gets done with this, both teams will probably be short several players for a while.
That big kid got seriously blind-sided. Hopefully, he isn't injured badly.

I have a lot of ties to this rivalry and let me tell you, it's as bitter as any in the country. This has been brewing for a long time. These two have almost gotten into it 3-4x over the past several years.

That was Kenny Frease. If I remember correctly, he was recruited pretty hard by UK when Gillespie was here.
It looked to me like a cut under his left eye that might just need some stitches. Hope that's all it is.

I would say Walker & Wells from Xavier, obviously Gates from Cincy are looking at big trouble. Mbodj from Cincy was the one kicking Frease when he was down.

I never understood why Kentucky has so many counties. Wonder if they'll create more counties in the future? Does it have anything to do with getting assistance from the government? Wouldn't surprise me.

I will say I'm a bit surprised to see this from Xavier. I really thought this team would be more disciplined than that as I think they have a great young coach. Sad to see, but not shocked at all from Cincy. I'm surprised we haven't seen this more from the Bearcats actually...WVU as well for that matter.

1. What does this have to do with the topic???
2. In 1792 it was intended that anyone could ride to the county seat and back home in a day. That is the way counties were sized. Later they had a lot of governers that wanted a county named for them.
