I would be OK with Fulmer....
Tee Martin as OC
Ron Zook as DC
Trooper Taylor as RB coach
Kirby Smart... Man knows defense. Saban disciple.. Can recruit with the big boys in the South and don't have the baggage of the others
Tee Martin was over-rated as a position coach, IMO. WR Coach/Recruiting Coordinator maybe. Not to sure about him as an OC though.
High profile recruits and their parents will listen to Petrino long before they would ever listen to Joker.
The Petrino that would coach UK is not the same Petrino that has trashed is life and career. Petrino has been humbled. He lost millions of dollars and suffered public humiliation that most of don’t have to go through, when we blow it. I would have to believe that he will have learned a valuable lesson for his transgressions. I know that I am the beneficiary of second chances and forgiveness. Therefore I am in no position to judge Petrino. I would guess that some of these people trashing Petrino would not want their past to be an open book.

An interesting conversation w/my brother-in-law(a UL fan, BTW) who pointed out that we've never gone to an up-and-coming SEC assistant as an HC-true...and made sense to me-why not get someone younger & hungrier who already knows the territory-that would point towards 1. Smart. 2. Grantham-of course the caveat to that is 4 SEC jobs may open up in the offseason-and realistically, we're just rounding out the superfecta in that race-failing the two mentioned above, I'd take a shot w/a Hudspeth or Campbell.....
Has a timeline for the search been established? The sooner the better for recruiting (& 4 me too )!!!
