Picking up from his UF days to gouge Georgia - his favorite target...
Missouri has gone to 7 straight bowls, won at least 8 games in six straight seasons & has three 10+ win seasons last 5 years. Surprising?
Wonder what Mizzou coach Gary Pinkel must be thinking as scribes continue to ask questions about how great SEC is? Big 12 was pretty tough. Big 12 wasn't as deep but Texas, Oklahoma, (formerly) Nebraska, Oklahoma St. (formerly) Texas A&M, etc. weren't chumps either.

Big news for Missouri: Incumbent QB James Franklin is expected to be 100% healthy for start of the season. Talented kid.
I would agree that they're not chumps...but in the same regard, I don't think any of those teams could have competed with LSU, Bama, or ARKY(TAMU played ARKY close) last year. As well as probably having more than they want with SCAR, UGA and Auburn.
Has anyone asked Gary Pinkel about what it's going to be like coming to the SEC?
Seems like every question is some variation of that.
Par for the course at this event. While a silly question, I actually appreciated the very ample bellied TV reporter who asked Pinkel what the best places to eat in Columbia are. At least it didn't make me want to take a nap.
This is always a fun time. When is Joker supposed to come on?
Keep Calm & Stoops On..
Tomorrow afternoon, approximately 1 pm eastern.
I did like that. Made me laugh.
Ahh.. Okay, thank you. Hadn't kept up, been preoccupied.
Thanks for the tidbits, guys.
Mizzou WR T.J. Moe on SEC/Big 12 difference: "Everyone here wears sundresses and ties to game. Last year, I wore dri-fit polo to Media Day."
T.J. Moe is going all Dicky Lyons. It's fantastic. Just said in SEC the "girls are prettier, the air is fresher and toilet paper thicker"
Vandy coach James Franklin says: "The sky is the limit for us. The right kid, right family: we can beat anyone (for a player). If you're truly the best and the brightest where else would you go?"
James Franklin: "We're recruiting to complete student-athlete. We're not going to get intoxicated with talent alone.'
James Franklin says he walked in with Nick Saban last year and he was such a 'rock star' people were "throwing babies at him".
Thicker toilet paper huh?
I like this kid
