"The NCAA denied UConn's appeal of its suspension for the 2013 postseason Thursday. With UConn banned from the NCAA tournament, it's a strong likelihood that Drummond won't return to the Huskies. The question is whether he'll go directly to the NBA or transfer. Drummond is a likely top-five pick if he declares and could go as high as No. 2, so there seems to be a strong incentive for him to leave. However, over the past week, sources say he's been exploring other options."
To Andre Drummond
I know a Coach who knows how to develop young talent really quickly. Ehem, Kentucky. Try it, you will like it. :-)

No offense, but I don't want Drummond and all his baggage.
Been a Cat fan since August of '92
Some may have said the same thing about DeMarcus Cousins. Calipari is THE BEST at managing talent, egos, etc. Period.
That being said, I can't imagine Drummond doing anything but declaring for the draft.
Yeah, i know he will declare. Just dreaming.
I don't understand anyone who says they don't want Andre Drummond. Not sure what kind of bagging he is carrying. I am unaware of him being accused of anything.
His personality also reminds me of more of Miller than Cousin. He is passive and doesn't bring his A game 90% of the time. Coach Cal could do magic with him to become a monster.
Given one year with either of them....who do you take?
Oriakhi or Drummond
Rupp Arena is only big enough for one Drummond.
Drummond in a heartbeat. Also, I think he has to sit a year. So I would think this would make him go nba immediately.
Drummond would have to sit out a year. That's right.
Well Oriakhi can transfer w/o sitting out a year, I imagine it's the same with Drummond. If it is true, you need to remember UK was Drummond's #2 option outside of Uconn. I would not mind Drummond at all, he's an extreme talent.
Orikhi can play immediately since his eligibility will expire before the team gets off probation. That is not the case with Drummond. It is the difference between a junior and freshman.
Yeah, I know, wasn't thinking when I said that.. But either way, he could appeal to the NCAA and request immediate eligibility for special circumstances. Either way it is unlikely, only way I see it even happening is if Noel doesn't choose UK and Oriakhi picks UK.
