@UKcoachbrooks: The party is over. Don Meredith.
^ this came last night at 11.
Is there something more to this? I think so.
I'm not sure what else you could read into it. I'm sure he thinks that Joker is done just like everyone else does.
Who is Don Meredith?
Must be young.
Les Nessman, Sports Director of WKRP in Cincy is reporting Joker is out and Les is up on his Sports
The meanest dog in Taiwan.
Yeah... gotta be. My sarcasm was uncalled for.
Nevermind....yes i know who it is, but my 13 yr old didnt that ask that
I remember Don well from his days with the Cowboys, but I had to look up where the "Party is over" comment came from. Pretty funny.
It was in reference to the Oregon--Colorado game and has nothing to do with anything around here
Im pretty sure at some point we all have reported Joker is out. But is he claiming he is going to be out as of tomorrow?
^ This will explain who Don Meridith is. :)

Wow..we can give Mild Bill what..8 years? A man that was ran out of Tuscaloosa..that recieved death threats from the Bama fans...and we cant give a in state home grown guy in Joker 5? Had Uk been a perinnel top 25 team prior to Jokers coming..I would understand..but we want to run the only guy to EVER beat Steve Spurrier..and the 1st in 26 years to beat Ut out after 3? When injuries claimed our 2 best QB's and starting TB? You dont think having Max Smith would have helped at all? I dont care if your Bear Bryant..you couldnt win in the SEC minus your 2 best QB's and top RB..2 if you count Clemons..and are starting 18yrs old kids at nearly every db spot. That said..if we dont manage 7 or more in 2013..THEN I will jump on the fire JOker bandwagon.
I mean..who are we gonna get..NOW..that will help us in 2013-2014?
Yes. Joker should be fired now. Bill Curry was fired 3 years too late. Name me a HC that lost more games than won in 3 successive years (not on probation) THEN turned the program around? It ain't happening.
Injuries have nothing to do with horrible game prep and in-game management.
Lose at home to a SunBelt team that just elevated its program to Div1.
Punt goes for 52 yards and you take a penalty to punt again? Shank- that is bafoonary.
What's best for the PROGRAM is to have a different voice lead this team and maybe a different or special AD to advise. What has been clear is the current recipe is DISASTER.
He was probably watching SUN NIGHT FOOTBALL & by 11PM...The Broncos were up something like 31-7 & were kicking another FG to make it 34...Thus "turn out the lights, the parties over"...Dandy Don's catch phrase when the game was out of hand.
For proper accreditation, they were Willie's words before they were Danderoo's
I'll name you a HC. 1977. A coach was hired that won 40 games in 10 years. Coached 8 more and wound up with 91 wins. He left that program which has since reached rare air in college football and is a true national power. In fact he coached here for a while.
Rich Brooks. It can happen. But I'm not sure JP can ever do the same thing.
I just can't understand how anyone who watched Brooks coach here would think that he would be tweeting about Joker being fired. It is beyond idiotic, not only because Joker was his hand-picked successor, but because it is not in Brooks' nature to do such a thing.
Don't get out much do you!!!!!!
Naw sar izzz dont theyz dont letz us out much.....
Read my next post and maybe u could read my 13yr old son ask that because i stay logged in.
Btw U got me i never go outside. Almost forgot! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Definitely think some are reading way too much into this. Definitely not Rich Brooks' style.
Brooks has never been one to do something like that so I highly doubt that it has anything to do with Joker or UK. Brooks is way too classy and respectful to do such a thing.
Before he twitted that he twitted "its hard to believe how far Colorado has fallen"
