A lot of movement in his latest with trades, promises, etc.
1. Anthony Davis (Hornets)
4. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (Cavaliers)
15. Terrence Jones (76ers)
26. Marquis Teague (Pacers)
– Has the Hornets pairing Austin Rivers with Davis at 10 but serious talk they could trade the pick for an established veteran.
– Sounds like Doron Lamb's stock has been slipping a little bit but I still wouldn't be surprised to see Miami or Chicago bite at the end of the first round.
Chad Ford gives his predictions on how the first round of the 2012 NBA draft will play out.
If Lamb gets frozen out of the first round, was this a bad decision for him?

Tough question. I think he was ready and still think he goes 1st round and to truthful, I think his 'lack of PG skills' is way overblown. I think he can play PG as a backup just fine.
Considering he would probably be a top 15 pick next yr based on how weak next year's draft is projected, yes IMHO.
Yup. Plus he'd be the clear cut leader and star.
Please keep Rivers away from Davis. Would ruin the Davis pick if they did that.
I know Rivers had issues at Duke, but in all of my dealings with him, he was a good guy. Could have just been going through an immaturity deal or was never able to bond with his teammates. It happens. Still think he can be a great NBA player.
I don't think so. Just not sure his stock was going to go any higher. He had a huge game on the biggest stage to close out his college career.
He's a little undersized for an NBA 2 and that's not going to change. He was a borderline first round pick and has slipped a little with his workouts. Not sure he could have foreseen that when he made his decision.
