One of the most controversial figures in sports, especially UK sports, has put together a monster back-to-back performance. In two days he's made 17 FG, 5 FT, 15 OREB, 15 DREB, 8 AST, 5 SLT, 1 BLK, and 3 TO in 70 minutes of action.
Love him or hate him, I believe UK fans know this is the Big Cuz we believed he could be in the NBA. Hopefully he continues to mature and dominates the Western Conference!
Actually the Cousin i know could go much more than this.
I am a firm believer that if he lives to his potential is the BEST center in NBA. His wide, tall and long. He has amazing touches around the rim.
If he matures and calms down, he will be practically unstoppable force. Very similar to Shaq, but he can make free throws.
Obviously I wish him the best. He is one of my favorites to wear a UK jersey. He's not a bad guy. He just makes some bad decisions and can't harness his emotions and turn it into motivation.
He's a rare talent. It seems like every time he has turned himself around, something happens. Hopefully this is different, but we will see in time.
He really needs to listen to Coach Smart. When he listens this is what happens.
He's one of three players I consider my favorite Cal UK players. 39 points and 30 rebounds in two games is dominant. That's not considering the other ways he effected the game. I hope like hell he keeps it up.
He does need to listen to Coach Smart, if he can't get along with Smart I will begin to wonder. The Kings need to decide if their franchise is Cousins or Evans. It cannot be both, Cousins needs veteran leadership to help get him through the next 2-3 years. He is what 21-22, still a baby. And in Sac. He is getting no veteran leadership. KG would be an awesome role model for Cousins, but Cousins with Rondo would probably be bad.
There has been some talk about a trade involving Cousins and the Celtics and 1 other team. I dont know if this is being used to help put Cousins in his place or is on the level but if he were to go to the Celtics they would instantly become one of the favorites to go far in the playoffs, but what it would cost Boston to get him may be very very high but would be worth it IMO. But I dont know how serious the talks are but it is exciting to think about.
Hope Cousins can get it all figured out. Someone else said it but just such a rare talent.
Don't want him to become another what if.
He could change his name to "World Peace Jr".
he REALLY dominated this time.
31 points, 20 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 stls.
Thats the cousin I KNOW!
Absolutely crushed the Raptors tonight. More talented Rasheed Wallace. I think he'll have a long career regardless because he's so talented and has had no off court problems yet but controlling his on court temperament could be the defense between a long productive career and a Hall of Fame career.
I'm hoping the message was sent this last time. He's averaging 20+ points and 16+ rebounds the last three games. That is a hell of a week.
Holy doggy balls. Thats beast moding right there. Cuz is about to take the league by storm. Hell is David Lee can put up numbers like this, if Nicola Vucevic can put up number like this then I know Cuz can average numbers like this. He's just gotta get it in his head to do it.
Cousin has the capability to do amazing in NBA.
If he gets really fit and gets serious. It would be scary. I hope he goes to Boston.
That would be awesome!
Magic Johnson and jalen rose said he was the best center in the NBA.. And he's still getting better

I was at the game tonight decked out in UK gear. He was even more dominant in person then his numbers suggest. Also seemed like the Raptors were trying to get physical with him/playing dirty. He kept his cool and destroyed them. Needless to say I was giddy at his performance with me in attendance. Really glad I went to the game. Great job DMC!!!
Yeah I think he could literally average 20+ and 15+ a game. Thats what I was sayin.
they didn't say that.
They said he has the most talent. The way they talked, he was probably considered top 5 at this point but not the best center yet. They said he clearly has the most talent tho.
T-whit. I agree, he is a freak of nature. He averaged close to what AD averaged in 20 minutes, when AD did it in like 30 minutes. (except the blocks). That's why i think if he get's into shape, he can get more blocks and truly become this imposing player in the middle. The dude is close to 7', with 7'6" wingspan and wide as a elephant. Totally destroy Dwight Howard, and i hope he does...hate DH...
He does need to get his blocks up and I agree he can do that by getting into better shape. Its not a timing issue. Its an issue of not being as agile as his should be due to a few extra pounds.
