Mullen has his squad looking very strong right now. They beat Auburn 28-10, but it wasn't as close as the final score indicated. I'm not sure why so many people have MSU down as a team uk will beat this yr. UK will have to make huge strides to keep it close.
I saw that score, and wasn't sure if it was because MSU was that good, or if Auburn is that terrible. I agree it won't be an easy game for us.
Auburn's offense is woeful. Seven of those points came on a kickoff return. Frazier really struggling.
State looked very good also.
Trouble on The Plains. 0-2 and not looking good. Frazier is struggling big-time. The Tigers do not look good.

I told everybody months ago that MSU would be good and we would lose that game, and you all reemed me for it. I still stand by my prediction.
MSU wasn't looking good in the first half, either. Can't wait for UGA vs Mizzou
F'n ESPN2! I was planning on watching the cats on the computer, and the Ga game on the TV. I really wanted to see Missouri's debut. Oh well, Cats come first.
Big win for Mullen. He needs a good year to avoid the hot seat next year.
Mullen's first SEC West win over a team not named Ole Miss, not bad, only took him ...how many years?

Auburn is 21-32 under chizick without cam newton. While MSU looked pretty good auburn is not a good football team.
FYI. I didn't see a soul put down MSU as a win. I saw people say its a winnable game which it is if our offense is as good as we think it could be.
Agreed. Always a winnable game. UK/MSU is always a very competitive football game. And, UK leads the series.
I'm anxious to see what they do in the next few games. As said, Auburn's Kiehl Frazier was bad. Real bad. And didn't look much better against Clemson either. Right now State is one of the top rushing teams in the conference (which will be our biggest weakness) and one of the top passing defenses (but to be fair, Frazier turning it over like crazy pads this stat a bit). I don't see the win over MSU right now but we'll see.
Hop, or anyone
I didn't see the Louisville game just the radio and only read about the Auburn loss.
If you saw them both what is the talent leval between Auburn and Louisville?
The meanest dog in Taiwan.
Probably pretty similar talent wise but Louisville has Bridgewater.
Auburn players > UL Players
UL QB > Auburn QB
Yeah you're probably right. I know I'd take Auburns guys up front on both sides of he ball over Da Villes. But Bridgewater is >>>>>than Auburn QB.
Talent at qb and receivers at uofl is amazingly better than aubirn's. O-lines are the same probably. Auburn's defense is probably a bit better.
Chizick is a very bad coach. Uofl is better.
Auburn beats Louisville. Frazier would look good against ul defense.
False. Auburn is not a good team at all. You just want to refuse To give uk any credit at all.
I doubt that. Frazier was the worst looking QB I saw all day on Saturday. Strongs defense would wear him out. UL has very nice skill players, a decent line and Bridgewater is really starting to show why he was a 5 star recruit. Auburn has the better D, but if their O doesn't come around soon they are in for a poor yr. Not saying Auburn couldn't beat UL, but its not cut and dried at all.
Has nothing to do with UK. Auburn beats Louisville because of Louisville's run defense. Frazier and Ontario mccaleb (special?) Would have big days against a weak ul defense. Clemson and Mississippi St. Are a lot better than u give them credit for.
