Josh or Chris? Any news on your ends? Being reported at other sites. They are the Athletes that were with Pitt.
Here are their bios. A HUGE get if true! Had a great offer sheet in 2012.

With them redshirting last year will they have to sit out again this year? Anyone know?
They will sit out this year and have 3 years available to play afterward.

The twins would have been two of the highest rated recruits from 2012 if they had signed with us then.
I'm an idiot
Penn State football student-athletes allowed easier transfers

Hearing now they are coming as WALK ONS! I think that means they are definitely eligible right away?
They played for Pittsburgh? If they are walking on would they be eligible I wonder
I think this is just for Penn States situation?
Their high school coach just told Ben Roberts they will sit out the 2013 season.
Yeah, I know. My edit was too slow.
Great news. Didn't think this was going to happen after it first surfaced in the beginning of May and then nothing untill now. Some other interesting stuff I have read is that transfers are not counted towards the signing limit, only towards the 85 player limit. Can anyone confirm this, because that means both the twins and Heard not are counted towards the signing limit.
Here is some info on them that I copied from another board, that I guess was copied from another site's recruiting profile on them from 2011-12 (stealing from a thief isn't stealing, is it?)
Davis is an undersized, quicker than fast player as a scatback/slot receiver and cornerback on defense. … Davis shows some redeeming traits and shows good passion and competitive demeanor. Size will always limit him to some degree, but when he positions himself and keeps the ball in front of him on defense he is an effective prospect.
He is dramatically undersized or he would be a national recruit as both an ATH and dual-threat QB because he throws the ball surprisingly well. He is a short prospect, but can flat out run. He is a blur of an athlete in space. Displays rapid acceleration, supreme top end speed and moves like a jack rabbit laterally. He has a low center of gravity, can jump cut, shows excellent vision with sharp cuts to exploit the cutback lane. He is the ideal zone runner and could be a spread offense utility back. He explodes through tiny creases in-line and once at the second level he is a homerun threat that can take it the distance. … Size may be a limitation and you know it up front.
Think they have to sit a year anyway, but the will have 3 years left to play from 2014. By guess on the walk-on question, is that's what Stoops had to offer them. No rides to use for 2013, so they will have to pay their own way the first year (or at least for the fall semester)
So, does this mean that both players will play in the slot for UK? That is what I take from it.
Could be, but one appaers to have similar qualities as Timmons and Kemp as a RB/ slot receiver.
One slot/rb and one defensive back
There are no exceptions to sitting out a year unless you get a waiver. Walk-on, scholarship - it doesn't matter.
Eventually maybe we will be able to scrimmage the guys that cant play 2013 against the guys that can....I think we have enough lol.
Chris at db and Demitri at rb/slot wr
Has been the rule for many years over many college Division 1 sports.
Wonder if these guys were able to put on any added size in their RS year?
I'm guessing Demetrious isn't really 5'10 or else they wouldn't be talking about his size being a problem as a scat/slot back.

Demitrious says he'll be a slot WR/RB and Chris will be a CB for Kentucky and that both will be on scholarship, not walk-ons.
I am who I am, said he who is. 15,235
Its going to be interesting to see who our starting slot WR and RB will be in 2014. We're gonna have some killer options at those two spots.
Demitrious looks to be 2-3 inches taller than Chris in the photos with them side by side.
