Well, I DO hope you're right @ this-we'll know in a few weeks...
Cal will talk to these kids about their "second contract".
Much like Teague, if these guys slip into the second half of the first round then Cal will absolutely advise them to come back. Teague will not get the big second contract because he got drafted by a team that didn't need his services. That's why Cal advised him to come back. Teague has told folks privately that he made a mistake. He doesn't regret it, but he acknowledges he would have been better off coming back. If he had... He's likely a top 5-10 pick. He would make more money in his first two years of his rookie contract then he would in all 3 of his bulls contract and his second contract would likely be worth 5-1- million more than what he's looking at if he is only playing 8-10 minutes a game the next two years behind Rose.
All that to say, Outside of WCS and Noel, I can't see poy or goodwin going in the top half of the draft. I'm convinced WCS wants to come back next year. I think he likes college. If Will Shields can help his mother for the next year, he'll be back.
Jones was projected at 10-15 and he came back
This. Nbadraft.net is run by a kid in a basement. I'm not joking.
draftexpress has goodwin and poythress going before wcs...
I think all 3 return...
Once again...we shall see...
Don't kid yourself. WCS will be a lottery pick if he comes out this year. You just have to look at his raw athletic ability to see that. The guy is a freak athlete.
The size/quickness combo he has is incredible, but he seems like he has so much to still learn about the game of basketball. Remember he's only been playing for a few years.
So you have more contact with nba scouts than chad ford?
Dude, open your own eyes for a change-Chad Ford doesn't carry tablets down from the mount-have an original thought for once..
Personally think you're spot-on...and the actual NBA decision-makers will agree, I believe...
Dude, Kwame Brown was the number one pick. So was Greg Oden. The NBA drafts on size and athletic ability now. Chad Ford is clownshoes.
He'll get drafted over Alex Len in a nanosecond once the nitty gritty gets here.

WCS won't be a top 10 pick. If he is he'll spend a majority of his career trying to develop in the D-league. Poythress and Goodwin, especially, is hanging around the late first-round and could slip into the second-round which would be a disaster.
Who do you get paid by to cover or scout for again?
Draftexpress has him at #21 in their top prospects. ESPN has him ranked at #16, or a "mid first rounder".
So........what else would you like to yammer about?
So you are admitting you were wrong when you said he'd be a lottery pick?
God, the "ignore" button is a breeze from heaven.
So just to be clear. You think you know more than chad ford and draftexpress?
It will be interesting to see how the ncaa rule on returning to school changes things, if at all for these guys. You really can't test the waters anymore. Willie would be great in private workouts because of his athleticism. I am sure that some guys are coming back, but wouldn't be shocked if one or two that said they were staying end up leaving.
Chad Ford has Poythress @ 12 above WCS and Goodwin?? Whatta sage! Didn't see WCS on draftexpress-at that rate, I'll go on record as at least GUESSING as well as these bozos-gimme the kid in the basement..
