Really good point. When it comes to the NBA, he's fantastic. College hoops, too. But I get a little tired of the rants when he spills over into other sports that I don't feel like he follows as close as hoops.

Fixed it for you ;)
That'd be my list right now.
Welcome the new generation of domination.
I agree 1stSgt ... that's BS
A shout out to Tommy... GREAT THREAD!!!
I absolutely, despise (to the core) Kevin Stallings, Seth Greenberg, Christian Laettner, Steve Spurrier, Doug Gottlieb, Booby Knight, Tony Kornheiser, Clark Kellogg The BCS Bowl system and ALL D-Bags of the NCAA, who make-up and/or enforce the rules, fines and violations.
Oh... and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
How many times on here have I seen you say that you don't "hate" anything. . . Now it's a "Great Thread"????
I hate Lane Kiffin and hope he gets USC the death penalty
Jason Williams(The white one that thinks he's black)
I'll stop now. I could go on all night. Literally.
"Kentucky Football needs to be and will be a championship contender in the SEC."~Mitch Barnhart 11/4/12
I'm seriously wishing terrible ...just terrible (Charles Barkley voice) things on Matt Barkley right now.
yeah, I think Lane Kiffin has been added to the list now!! Right under Bobby Knight
HAHA... and you "STILL" haven't seen me say I "HATE" anything!!!
So yeah... it "IS" a great thread (it's all in what you make of it).... but again, "IF" you paid attention (which you hardly ever do), you would have noticed that I replaced the word "hate" with the word "despise". I just simply chose to use a different word to justify my participation... and my positive opinion of Tommy's thread. I made a conscientious effort, to avoid making any hypocritical comments (using the word "hate")... because I'm well aware of what you posted. I know my own posting history, for showing my steadfast, distaste for the word "hate" (especially, being directed at another human being). I have not always been that way, but in my older years, I've tried to improve on some personality flaws (it's a never-ending process... trust me). With that said... I can't allow you to make a hypocrite of me. Your spin (or lack of 'attention-to-detail') was a failed attempt to assassinate my character (and has been, very wisely, REFUTED)... so my stance on "hate" is (hereby) undeniably, validated.
Nice try though my friend.
For future references, you may find the following information to be very useful:
de·spise [dih-spahyz] Show IPA
verb (used with object), -spised, -spis·ing.
to regard with contempt, distaste, disgust, or disdain; scorn; loathe.
hate [heyt] Show IPA verb, hat·ed, hat·ing, noun
verb (used with object)
to dislike intensely or passionately; feel extreme aversion for or extreme hostility toward; detest: to hate the enemy; to hate bigotry.
to be unwilling; dislike: I hate to do it.
verb (used without object)
to feel intense dislike, or extreme aversion or hostility.
Again, """NOTICE""" the adjectives used to "emphasize" the differences in "meaning".... key words (adjectives) being "INTENSE", "INTENSELY", "EXTREME" and "PASSIONATELY"... or even the word "HOSTILITY".
Contrary to your belief, there is an actual difference. Sure, people can use a number of synonyms (words with "similar" meaning... but not, necessarily, exact). That doesn't mean all people mean a particular word the exact same way. One may use "hate" while another uses "despise" and BOTH may truly have "hate" in their hearts (and MEAN "Hate"). However, others may use those same words and mean them for what they "ACTUALLY" mean (like the way "I" intended... a less harsh meaning). I realize how freely that word gets used, so when I hear (or read) others use it (like in this thread), I take it with a grain of salt.... because I have no way of knowing what's in one's heart, when they choose to use that word.
I hope that clears things up for ya Brad (even the friendly sarcasm)... NO OFFENSE!!!
I have to defend myself from unwarranted, personal attacks.... I would expect YOU to do the same.

I hate people who don't hate....lmwao.
Just kiddin JJ
Yea, Tim Tebow certainly has those easy to hate characteristics.
That is one name that doesn't fit on a "hate" list.
For me, it is not about liking or disliking Tim Tebow. I probably respect him as much or more than any other professional athlete.
Man I'm salivating at this thread.
Kevin Youkillis and anybody that has a Boston feel to em, including those who have played for Boston teams for a long time except Paul Pierce.
Lane Freakin Kiffin should be #1
Tony Vanetti and his partner Dave whatever. Can't stand either
Mark Schlerith(stink, har har har har)
Pat Freakin Forde tops the list but thats pretty obvious as is Pete Thamel, Bob Knight and as host of others.
Who cares what you think of Tim Tebow. It's my list. I can hate who I want. Make your own hate list or don't comment.
I already did my hate list. One name.....Stephen A. Smith.
It speaks volumes that you had 14 names on your hate list, and then said you could go on all night.
Obviously, I don't have the time or energy to hate as well as you do.

Its a hate thread, sir.
As for Carl who is a well know hater, he gets a pass in this thread to hate whoever he wants.
If you have hate in your heart let it out! (Chappelle voice)
I hate. The end.
It smells like microwaved homeless people in here.
In fact, I just bought my "I STILL HATE LAETTNER" shirt at Fan Outfitters the other day! Gets lots of laughs and high fives!
I almost forgot about that guy.... thanks Slinger!
I hate it when the wife calls the bar and the bartender tells her I'm there. I hate it even worse when I'm driving down the interstate, drinking a beer, minding my own business, and someone gets on my bumper. Pisses me off to the max.
