No way I see Jones dropping all the way to No. 19 but I'm sure he'll be one of the more polarizing prospects in the draft.
These things are just for fun but MKG, Lamb and Miller in Cleveland would definitely be interesting.
Speaking of Jones, he has a huge workout in Santa Barbara in front of about 80 scouts/GMs today, according to Chad Ford.
Interesting to say the least!! Has that ever happened before? 3 college teammates ended up being drafted by the same team? Talk about some continuity on that team.
That'll be a BIG workout for his stock. Curious as to how far up or down he could go depending on how he performs. Can't see Minnesota taking Marquis Teague though at all, as to the second mock. I would hate for AD to be picked by Charlotte but we'll see. But I think in the second mock, for MKG, Miller, and Lamb, that's one hell of a fit in Cleveland and they would do well there.
Doron Lamb also working out in Santa Monica today.
Would love to see the C's pick up Doron!
Via Daniel Poneman, sounds like Jones is helping himself in workouts.
Terrance Jones from UK is one of the most freakiest athletes at 6'9 I've ever seen ... Dude is an unreal specimen.. Lottery pick FOR SURE!!
Make sure after the lottery is done, we capture the rankings/name from each draft sites. I want to see which site is the most accurate.
Wasnt it Minnesota (maybe the Bucks) that took like 3 PGs in the same draft a few years ago?
It was Minnesota.
Keep Calm & Stoops On..
If Cleveland drafts MKG, I will follow them again. If they draft two, I will buy a MKG jersey. If they get three or more, I will invest in the team.
Minnesota took Johnny Flynn and Ricky Rubio in the same draft within the top ten, I believe.
yeah, didn't they take like Flynn and Rubio in the same draft almost back to back?
yeah, that's what I thought. Crazy at the time......
They also drafted Ty Lawson that year and then traded him to Denver for a future 1st.
And Flynn and Rubio were back to back pick at #5 and #6.
That draft was crazy deep for PGs though. Even after they took Lawson at 18, Jeff Teague, Darren Collison, Eric Maynor, and Toney Douglass were all taken in the 1st round.
Tyreke Evans, Steph Curry, Jrue Holiday and Brandon Jennings were all 1st rounders that year as well.

Lamb would be perfect for Boston. Ray Allen is likely done there and they need 3's. Enter Mr. Lamb.
Agree. And something about him just kind of feels like a Celtic.

Kid has some bad practice habits but when it comes down to it he's a stone cold killer on the court and he's got a bit of toughness to his game too. Can you imagine dealing with Avery Bradley for 5-7 minutes and then Lamb coming off the bench and you have to chase him off screens for the next 3 or 4...sheesh no fun there.
Wow. That class was crazy deep with point guards. Jrue Holiday has turned out to be a very good player. He's had a great run in the playoffs.
