WE ARE UK
You have got to be kidding me.
This sucks so bad...
Well that is disappointing. Looks like Harmon and Tiller will likely be staying at CB.
That is not good UK will be forced to play alot of zone next year imo. Only hope is we improve in a major way rushing the passer.
Huge loss for UK IMO. Kid was ready to come in and contribute right away in what was and is a young secondary.
Its gonna be a tough year better hope offense exceeds expectations. I just dont think guys like quinn and harmon are good enough to shut down sec wr.
Stoops and Eliot are gonna earn there money lol
Question. How does this come to light 1 week after NSD? UK had to have known exactly what his academic situation looked like a week ago.
and they definately won't be able to shut down the NATION's best WR core - Louisville.
Lol lets see how you guys handle us. You couldnt stop us last year we have over 400 yards of offense under Joker with no real playmakers. Yalls d in trouble
Don't you have a pall mall to smoke?
Hate to lose Willis. But before tossing our youngsters under the bus, give them a chance. They'll have a yr more experience, and more importantly a staff that is better equipped to actually have them in the right place and coach them up to where they can make the play. Now I don't expect them to be All SEC; but with the right tools, they could prove to be serviceable for the task at hand against most of our schedule this yr.
My point exactly. Why was this never mentioned before?
It isn't as simple as you make it sound. It boils down to whether or not he can afford to pay for classes this summer at another school that his juco doesn't offer.
this isnt official btw.. there is still a chance he is a cat next season... it was explained on CI by Justin Rowland so i dont want to give it away.. but simply this is not over

If that's the case, maybe there's still hope.. I really expected Willis to be a big piece of the secondary from the word go.. Hope you're right Hop.. On a positive note, we have a ton of guys in the secondary and really only need a few to step up... McWilson should be a starting safety from Day 1 and he'll be an upgrade to anyone we had last year.. The 3 Blalocks, Quinn, Harmon, Tiller, Hytchye, McClain, Faulkner, Tyler, Forrest, Dixon, Simmons.. Thats 14 guys right there and I'm probably leaving some out, some with experience, some without, but, all we really need is 3-4 of these guys to be solid, not great, just solid, so, even though we may not have superstars back there, we do have depth and a lot of options to select from..
If the pass rush improves like we all hope, then the potential loss doesn't hurt as bad. A good D-Line can make a secondary go from average to good. Hope this works out for him and that he does find his way to UK.
I hate it for the kid, hopefully he finds a way to get it done.
This isn't a Greek tragedy guys, no reason to throw yourself on a sword at this point. Yes, he would be a major player from the start but we have some guys who can play the position. No doubt in my mind that we have a staff who will coach these guys up.
Secondary will look totally different in my mind, these guys won't look stupid anymore. Sure, talent makes a difference but we have some talent and now have a staff that knows how to make a kid at least try to make a play on the ball.
Guarandamntee our secondary will look better no matter who is on the field.
We will be ok. Harmon Quinn and Tiller played well last year. Could be some shuffling going on. Blake McClain...and Hytchye..will help some.
This is a tough loss if it comes to fruition but he still has the summer to potentially make it. This simply means that he won't be here this summer as we expected correct?
Staff could be setting up the stage for him in 2 yrs lol. If you cant get your crap right after what 2 yrs of CC you have no one to blame but yourself.

u are so uninformed it is sad.. stop talkin bad about a kid when u obviously know nothing about the situation.. it is pathetic
Stop talking about him lol. He did not have the grades to go to coll out of highschool and now he does not have the grades out of Juco. I mean am I missing something ???
How informed do I need to be. Its grades period. WOW.
I would think this will free up another scholy right or wrong.
