Now 45th. We are off the bubble for the moment and should be in great shape if we can get by A&M.
Who really worries about the RPI anymore?
What else is used? Seriously...
Rpi and record against the top 50 I thought were big in addition to Bad losses, which is also driven by rpi?
Could be out of date, but I thought that was pretty much it. Regardless, no good wins was the reason to say UK is out among those who said it, and they can't say that anymore.
Came out the last couple of years they have been using Pomeroy's rating as well. Plus, look at the two and Pomeroy is a much better predictor of tournament success. RPI should be completely scrapped.
It is still one of the main criteria.
Thats great to hear but dont forget we still have to play Fla twice and Missouri. The RPI isnt as important as it used to be but I will take a high RPI anyday than a low one.
For a bunch of old men and people who've been passed over. Thanks for the vote I needed that one.
And kentucky's rpi might actually increase with losses to those teams. That win was big.... Another one will be massive.
Can't have a let down on Saturday, must win that game to keep us off the bubble. Glad we have some momentum and a revenge factor, but a road game is a road game.
You can take the man out of Kentucky, but can't take Kentucky out of the man. GO BIG BLUE!!!
