not looking like anyone knows anything. . .
I'm getting that feeling too.
If there's a way (and it's legal, doesn't violate any contractual terms) I'm sure someone's working on it.

Coach Cal made it official last night on his twitter page. Here are the confirmed UK legends:
What a great line up. I really hope Rondo and Bogans get standing ovations. I always felt like those guys weren't appreciated enough while they were here.
UK stars who "aren't appreciated enough" usually don't have the out-going personalities that reach out to fans. I think this was especially true of Rondo. I think that in order for players to get lots of love they also have to GIVE some to the fans, even if it goes against the grain of their personal inclinations.
I'd rather see John Wall and some others get the great ovations, but hope all 8 will feel warmly welcomed back to a Lexington game. It would truly be a shame on the fans if that doesn't happen.
Lookin like no TV or radio per another site. Could be NCAA or NBA enforcing this. Not real sure how the NCAA has any say so in this situation due to it NOT being a UK event.
Justin, I'm not sure either but it appears that it is the NCAA that isn't allowing it. They also said coach Hall wasn't able to coach the former cats... err random NBA players... SMH! The absurdity of the NCAA is crazy
They need to get Kanter on that team too!
I was told in passing the NCAA had a leg to stand on based on the fact that Vargas was part of the Domincan team. Not sure how legit that is though
Swami, that's the only thing that I can think of.
I can understand not mentioning Vargas as a UK player but I still don't see how they can prohibit them from announcing the former UK players as such.
It would seem that the IOC would be the governing body, not the NCAA.
What authority do they have over pros and international teams? Seems like none, Vargas notwithstanding.

Would love to see Enes play in front of a full house at Rupp.
How is it that the NCAA never uttered a single word about this UNC alumni event?
