@EyeonCFB says Pittsburgh transfer Rushel Shell is considering a transfer to Ohio State, West Virginia and Kentucky.
Do we even have room for another RB? I realize you make room for a 5 star kid but damn we're loaded at RB for several years to come.
Yeah, that would be my same apprehension with him. Do you really think we're pursuing him very hard Josh? Could he switch positions or something?
With Mobley, Kemp, Clemons, George, Heard, Horton all being there for the 14 season, I just am not sure we wanna take a scholarship that we could use on another CB, DT, OL, WR that could be used more wisely. What do you think Josh?
It will all work out one way or another. I could see some guys changing positions or other transferring. I am kind of surprised Pittsburgh would let him transfer to West Virginia. There is a long standing rivalry there even if they are no longer in the same league...
Ohio State doesn't want any part of Shell. There's a reason OSU stopped recruiting him out of high school. Those reasons have seemed to come to fruition.
hes considering ohio st but ohio st isnt considering him...he would be a great get for you guys...he has the talent to play anywhre in the country i think hes that good...easily a 5 star talent and would be great at kentucky...2 years from now with him and barker in the backfield that would look nice

Some times someone may accidentally press the down vote button when they are browsing on the phone.
That was before, now there is a confirm button that appears. So, I think for that to happen now you need to accidentially hit the button twice.
I would say the down vote was b/c we get alot of other teams fans especially the buckeyes talking trash so we are trigger happy lol.
damn where is a highly rate WR transfer when you need one.
Really? I guess I had not noticed that.
We're not that loaded. Going into the 2014 season if everyone is healthy and no one has to leave we'd look like this:
FB (Feature Back)
RSJR Josh Clemons
RSJR Dayshawn Mobley
incoming Frosh Horton
HB (Half Back)
RSJR Braylon Heard
SO JoJo Kemp
possibly RSFR Khalid Thomas (I think he plays some other position)
incoming Frosh Boom Williams
Three deep in the SEC ain't that loaded. Shell would be a FB.
Feature back does not mean you are the only one getting carries. Those half backs are still getting carries. There are only one or two on the field at one time. That's seven running backs and none of them will be seniors.
And I don't necessarily agree that Jojo Kemp is not a feature back.
You have 4 4 stars in that group and not 1 senior. To say we aren't loaded is an understatement.
It's not a description - it's a position. If I simply put FB there'd be all kinds of caterwauling that so and so ain't a Fullback. The halfback position is a guy that can spread out to the slot while also being able to carry the mail. The FB is more of the traditional between the tackles guy but must also be able to catch the ball in this offense. If it is a one back set the FB will be in the backfield with the QB.

I know. I'm saying that I think Kemp can be that guy.
We may need Kemp at WR more than at RB...he could be another Cobb!
Kemp's HS tape is something to behold. I think he is going to be outstanding wherever he lines up, but no way do I see him at WR more than RB.
Josh - if you click a down vote on an iPhone, it asks you to confirm it. No way that would be a mistake.
Related, not sure why someone would down vote it.
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I, I took the one less traveled by, and it has made all the difference (Frost).
Kemp is not real tall but he is kid that is very well put together not a little scat back at all. He will probably end up playing at 205 210
Based on your tweet and devidee's comment it is beginning to sound like he is going to have a hard time finding a home.
