Can't get enough of these:
Week two highlights from winter conditioning 2013
They really should play these videos during the last 15-20 minutes of pregame. UK fans will be so hyped up before kickoff they'll be ready to hit someone.

Was tha Neal Brown show how to do a drill
Chris - I have a question. What are the rules right now for coaches and practicing? I always thought that coaches couldn't be around players until Spring Practice but I guess I was wrong in my thinking. Unless spring practice has started already of which I wasn't aware of.
I think the rule is no football drills or equipment.
Outside of the playing season, but while school is in session (and of course not including Spring Practice), coaches are allowed to participate in up to 8 hours per week of conditioning, weight training, and game film study with the players (video room is limited to 2 hours/week) - no football drills or equipment, as driverjp said.
Thanks for the replies. Makes sense.
