What's the simplest solution?

  • That UK Football itself is the problem or the wrong coach has always been hired in every single instance?

Look at the history of the job, look at who was hired. I can argue there NEVER has been a "bad hire" with UK Football. Only in hindsight are these decisions questioned.

These same problems have persisted for decades and they remain the same. Everyone right now seems to have a solution (Big Name Coach! More Money! Petrino!) but I'd argue that these proposed solutions are nothing more than constructions to explain failure instead of addressing it head on and actively seeking to solve the problem itself.
