Arkansas, Aurburn, Kentucky or Vanderbilt?
Be close between KY and vandy. Auburn is a lot better than the other 3.
Kentucky,by a landslide.Especially with Newton quarterbacking.
I would go with Arkansas currently cause they had a team set to compete this year but I would go with Auburn talent wise with there top 10 recruiting classes. I'm still waiting for Vandy to "anchor down"
Might as well say it's a four way tie. Vandy was suppose to be new and improve, not surprise by how they look. Ark. was suppose to be fighting for the title in the west, very surprise how they just fell off the wheels. Auburn also was suppose to improved from last year but only looked somewhat good tonight. Kentucky, well, we just seem to be snake bitten
I don't always post but when I do, I try to make things interesting
What a shame. If the SEC had a lunch room we would be at the nerd table with Vandy. And we'd still get our lunch money taken from us. The question is less about how we've improved our program than how Auburn and Arkansas have slipped. Both of which will be back in the top ten in a couple years and we'll be saving a spot for the next team that slides far enough.
What's worse? Being the choice for a homecoming opponent? Or being responsible for more coaches getting fired because we beat them. Ask Houston Nutt or Jim Donnan. In a way we had a hand in building both of those programs
MO is pretty bad.
Vandy came close to beating USCjr and Auburn nearly knocked of LSU and played Clemson a competitive game. These teams have a pretty good upside this year IMO. Arkansas is a train wreck due to their coaching debacle and loss of AA QB. Kentucky got out of the box in a horrible manner but has shown a lot of improvement especially with it's defense. However the coaching situation diminishes their upside. So I rank them as follows:
