Woolard is Kentucky’s associate athletics director for basketball operations, and he is squelching speculation that Noel, the incoming 7-foot shot-swapper might not reach the standards for academic eligibility this fall. After all, Noel is enrolled in summer classes back at Everett High School near Boston.
NBAdraft.net still has Noel ranked behind Indiana center Cody Zeller as the second-best NBA prospect for the 2013 draft.
Noels, Noels, the First NOELS.
Only his close friends can call him that. . . or Noelsy
Does that mean he is cleared, or are there more than academic issues? I thought it was just academic, but that statement read funny to me.
I don't believe he has completed the courses yet, but I think Wollard is saying there is no reason for any concern about his eligibility.
I never said he wouldn't qualify. Just that it wasn't the slam dunk that many had assumed. Not much news here. Still has to pass the classes.
Is that you Oscar combs? The first half of the season 3 years ago combs called john wall "john walls" and demarcus cousins "desmarcus cousin".
don't believe his courses are over until early August.
I wonder how many people actually got this. LOL.
