chris i have heard that there is andrew wiggins information coming out soon
Would seem to be in regards to him playing in 2013.
ya but other people keep telling me that hes staying in 14
He has even stated he is staying in 2014...I guess we shall see.
From Dick "Hoops" Weiss:
@NYDNDickWeiss we're projecting kentucky for 6-7 rising jr. f andrew wiggins from canada, best talent in his class.
Sounds kind of like the rumblings of him reclassifying are growing louder and louder.
I know this likely doesn't effect the Harrisons....but it does effect someone.
Who could this possibly impact that we are recruiting? Young? Randle? Parker? Or maybe none? Wiggins seems like he's good enough to play as a big 3 or small 4. Or 1,2 and 5 for that matter. Kids unreal!
I don't think Wiggins reclassifying would have any effect on the twins but could affect Young. I'm of the school of thought that as of right now, UK has work to do with both Randle and Parker regardless.
are u hearing anything on whether he will be in 13 or 14 chris?
See post above. Think rumblings are growing louder and louder that when all is said and done that he's going to be '13.
alrifght thanks. i cant see him playing with young and twins
I want to caution that, because what I read is that he is staying in 2014....for now.
I don't think the twins matter either way.
I look at it like I can't see Young playing with Wiggins. Wiggins shouldn't worry about anyone beating him out...he's that good.
I'd love to have Young commit and then Wiggins follow. I think they could play on the court at the same time....but it would be a super special class to have Young come off the bench at the 2/3 as well.
I don't think it would be likely, but the backcourt possibility of the Harrisons, Wiggins and Young would be incredible!
I keep hearing people saying he's staying 2014. I assume that must have something to do with his inability academically to make the switch to 13. Because as a player it makes no sense for him to play anymore High School ball than he has to when he's the best player in the country at any age.
