The Big East is done. And, those schools without FBS football teams are in BIG trouble.

UL is a CUSA school with a Big 12 athletic department. They are Memphis on steroids. It is a pro sport mentality. Not a lot of University presidents or AD's are that interested in jumping in bed with the UL model.

False
Before he took the Louisville job Strong had been a defensive coordinator at South Carolina from 1999-2002 and then at Florida from 2003 -2008. From 2005-2007 he was co-coordinator and linebacker coach. He was also assistant head coach. The other years he was defensive coordinator.
