Crap about to hit the fan in Louisville - update- Hurtt gets NOA

According to multiple reports the notice of allegations was delivered to Miami tonight and coaches who are effected are getting the call. All indications are that Clint hurtt is in the middle of all of this.

I think this was slowed down due to some thought of the NCAA investigators acting improperly. What is the chance this has resulted in the charges being watered down?

According to the reports tonight the evidence obtained that is no longer being included doesn't hurt the ncaa's case.

"lack of institutional control" was in the case so that's about as bad as it can get...I hope they shut that program down for good...cheating is just part of the culture down there and they go on probation once a decade.

Could someone explain why my two previous posts in this thread would receive downvotes?
I asked for a clarification and said thanks for receiving it. It just seems odd to get upvoted or downvoted either way for something like that. *shrug*

I've also found that when scrolling on my IPhone the screen is so sensitive that it will sometimes hit the up-vote/down-vote function

That makes much sense. I bet that is the reason behind many down votes that I've seen before when there wasn't anything obviously wrong with what they said.

If Coach Hurtt is involved, he needs to relieved of his duties. Simple as that.

I think this is more along the lines of what we're waiting to hear. Not gonna be any news of improper dealings at UofL from Hurtt, but he may have had improper interactions while at Miami with some kids that ended up at UofL

Hurtt technically recruited Bridgewater at Miami and UL. I will be SHOCKED if he wasn't mentioned in the notice of allegations.

With all due respect, there has never been a question of whether or not he was involved. If what you say is the standard you expect, he should have been fired about 18 months ago.

If he is found to have violated rules, can him today. If he is not found to have done so, play ball.

He has been found to have violated rules. The NCAA notice sited rule 10.1 which involves "unethical conduct." He is involved, its just to what extend.

Up voted you......appreciate your posts......,on the mobile app the space between up & down votes could be spaced more widely; can cause errors in voting
