The NCAA already threw out all of the evidence that they attained from the Subpoenas. Things get thrown out all the time in a court of a law and there is often times plenty of evidence to convict.

You shouldn't present so many facts, some just don't understand. Hurtt will be hit with a show-cause as a minimum, you would have to be in total denial to not understand that.

Cobby, mensch is Yiddish for "person to be admired" or "person of great integrity." That I would "reek" of being worthy of a high compliment just demonstrates that Senore is either pitifully ineffective at back-handed compliments or even more ignorant than I give him credit for. I'm inclined to believe he thinks the back-handed compliments affect me in some way.

Senore's very accustomed to the echo chamber on his own boards and struggles when matched with someone who challenges what he says, rather than swallowing down his misappropriated terms and phrases. No reason to ban someone who isn't an intellectual threat.
