I certainly wouldn't. Quick is everything that he is made out to be. Timmons is very good at what he does, but Quick has NFL #1 wide receiver written all over him.

I could not have said it better myself, aside from being a little undersized, Quick has everything you want. Go see him in person, and you will just drop your jaw, and he does it against the best of the best. The kid's the real deal.

Timmons was on the sidelines at The Shoe for Saturday's nights record setting game over 106,000 ! He loved it! He has yet to receive an offer but with the 2 departures this week Coach Meyer can sign 22 and he has a nice shot at an offer coming very soon! He will have to commit immediately I would assume or Coach Meyer will go in another direction ! Example Derrick Green: Quick also made his second visit Saturday night and set up his official for Nov 24 vs Meatshitagin ! Quick has said it is a two horse race I figured you people down in the state of KY get that joke ! Between The Ohio State University and Charles Strong if and only if he stays at UofL!

We have no shot at Quick.

Timmons was told today that The Ohio St is still very interested but has no offer until a decision is made by James Quick or Shelton Gibson from Cleveland . Timmons will have to wait for a Buckeye offer. I believe he winds up at The Ohio State because Gibson is having some academic trouble.

No Ryan did not get an offer. I have a lot of OSU ties and I will know when he does. He was a long shot for an offer up until recently. OSU has had some players who realize they have no shot of ever playing and have left program. That is good news for Ryan because OSU had limited scholarships for this year. They were going to max out at probably 20. With a few players leaving and maybe a few more still to do so along with a couple of guys leaving for NFL OSU can comfortably take 23 players. So there is the room for Ryan. Urban loves the kid and his speed. It was all about space keeping him from getting offered. Ryan had a great night at OSU's Friday Night Lights over the summer where he won the 40 contest. The OSU staff told him on his visit this weekend that an offer is coming just not yet. If OSU does offer Ryan there is not a person around OSU who feels he would not jump at it and commit. Thats more reason for the delay. They dont want him to jump on it until they are 100% positive they want him.
