I don't think so. Honestly I think he's gone, but I wouldn't be one bit surprised if he's here next season. I'm really proud of the team today. Hopefully they turn in efforts like tonight the rest of the way. That's all us fans can ask. The rest of it is out of our hands. All the speculation is getting old.

Fella's, all that anyone should look at is 1-7.

UK is like a race horse that bounces. One race they run well and then the next they fall flat.

Lets see how they play next week and see how they play against Vandy. IMHO, the Vandy game is the measuring stick on were the team is and if Joker should stay. But if the only game UK wins is Samford and you think that will make people come to the games then so be it. I think the fans now want Joker gone, win or lose especially if a very good coach becomes available. How they played today meansnothing. They are 1-7 and that is the bottom line.

If anyone thinks that the outcome of the game yesterday was anything more than complete non-interest and lack of focus on the part of Georgia ... you're sadly mistaken, IMO. This was the classic 'trap game' for Georgia ... falling between clashes with two top-ten teams (South Carolina and Florida) ... that will decide the SEC East, an SEC Championship berth, a BCS bowl game invitation, and possibly a shot at the national title for Georgia. The Bulldogs weren't paying any more attention to UK than a bug hitting the windshield ...

And in answer to your question, Joker's gone ... no matter what ... even winning out the season won't save him now.

Ask yourself this. As a kid no older than 22 how seriously do you take your responsibility against a team that got blistered the week before by 42 in a game that lasted little more than a half? South Carolina pants'd Georgia the week after they played us. Georgia plays Florida next week. We have become everyone's trap game.

Even so, we are in a position we can make a change with the coach. Now I do think Joker needs to go. But unless they can get who they really want I'd hate to make a change for the sake of change and being stuck with somebody that is no better. That would set us back even further. With as many schools likely looking at new coaches in the SEC we are probably going to get leftovers.

Please let's get this one thing straight...Mitch is not going to change coaches just for the sake of changing...Dear God,give the man some credit..I am dead sure he wants to keep his job..I am sure he wants what is best for the school also...Some of you all need to give this crap a rest and just wait the season out...WildKNH hit the nail on the head...Joker is done no matter what..Please get used to this and dont start any more threads wondering what it takes for Joker to return...There are 1000's of those on Cats Illustrated that you can read...Lets keep this board clear of that crap...Sorry for the rant...
