That's glorious. It's nice to see someone in the mainstream media (even if this only appeared in his blog) willing to take anyone to task over any wrong doing he sees. And Doyel has certainly shown he's willing to do that!

Reading Doyel (almost) always makes me happy. Dude calls it like he sees it with a slight flair for theatrics. Always entertaining.

Jay Williams is becoming one of my favorite talking heads. He comes across as fair and knowledgeable. Of course, calling out Knight and ESPN doesn't hurt either.

Doyel is one of the few honest brokers of information out there. I may not agree with his take from time to time, but I can trust that his take is one that has some basis, unlike the chorus of fools that have chimed in on this issue in the various comments.
These comments demonstrate why UK/UKAA/Calipari can't simply unring the bell caused by such slander. Mitch Barnhart's primary duty and that of the UKAA is to protect the program. In my view, UK/UKAA/Barnhart and Calipari have a duty to take action intended to protect and restore the image of this program. That may not necessarily mean legal action, but it could include legal action from time to time, especially in an instance like this.
