PK 93 Craig McIntosh (6-0, 200, Sr.) 88 Joe Mansour (6-2, 184, Jr.)
Mansour had the duties Saturday and I thought he did a real good job. Was there a reason McIntosh didn't kick or is Mansour now beating him out?
McIntosh is still the FG guy, Mansour the kickoff guy. I'm guessing they thought kickoff duties were maybe affecting McIntosh's FG/PAT approach. I'll ask this week.

Wonder why Boyd is back to 3rd on the depth cart at WR? He was very effective when he was on the field.
Might have something to do w/ MissSt. DEF...I have heard CJP previously talk about certain packages of WR's will be used more vs zoning teams & others more vs man coverage teams...And to not look too far into the WR depth chart. They are deep in that area & tend to swap in&out frequently. I would imagine that w/ his blocking ability & the way the running game will/should be used the rest of the way (due to TFR QB options)...AB should get is fair share of reps.
Personally, I'm more interested in (& worried by) the fact that UK now has a full bus load of FR&SO in the new 2deep.
Hard to compete w/ any consistency when it's boys vs men, in this league. Doesn't bode well for the rest of this season...(Or Joker's chances of returning if UK finishes 2-10/3-9)...And I understand the thought process behind the moves...But if those "kids" are really the best UK has in the 2deep...Lord help us the rest of the way.

Was effective essentially in one game. May have just been a way to get guys like Daryl Collins and Demarco Robinson in gear having him start. Those guys are clearly more talented. Just not as experienced.

Can't argue with that. The future is bring at the WR position with those guys. If they are right there with Boyd we are better off playing them so they can continue to build for the future.
