Fans really haven't stepped up their game this year.

  • It's easy to complain when we are losing. Just like it's easy to jump on the bandwagon when we win. Lets just say, that those players didn't come to UK because of you.
    With the new TV deal, Mitch dosen't really care if you don't buy tickets next year. You got in here for a bargin compared to the rest of the league. Good luck getting that deal again. We have a great fansbase that show up and cheer for the cats win or lose. The rest of you need to step up your game, or move on.

  • I'm a fan of this University. Step up? I've stepped up for over 40 years. At some point the university needs to rededicate themselves to the program. They're the ones who need to step up. I wear the gear. I spend my hard earned money to go watch an inferior product. To sit there and cheer as if everything is ok isn't going to fix anything. And if you think the ticket sales aren't important to the athletic department then why charge at all. Let us in for free and we'll yell our selves to death if perception is more important than reality. It's not got a thing to do with the players. They're victims just like the fans.

  • I'm a season ticket holder, and last night I felt like the fans wanted to be more involved bc it was a good game! But, most had the feeling that they would reserve their excitement bc they have seen how the story ends all season. People were just leary, so it came off as unsupportive at times, or even quiet lol. The fans were pretty good IMO given the way the season has gone...

    The bottom line is, Joker is not a good head coach. A coaching change needs to happen. Period.

  • Both myself and the company I work for gave a respectable amount of money to uk football for 14 yrs straight. That ended this yr.

    So, what am i doing for uk football? Nothing. The same thing the university is doing. Luckily they have prey like you whom they can depend on to keep the lights on.

  • So you sat through Mumme and his " Sometimes you have to let the other team score so you can get the ball back" attitude? To me, that was far worse than this. Majors lost that defense and those players quit on him. I just don't see any quit in these kids.
    Joker is not a great coach, but he's not as bad as some on here say. Joker and Sanders kept us in the game last night with some very aggresive plays calls. Brooks wasn't even that aggressive.
