Don't think we win more that 5 games but this offense is a lot better than last year heck we got two freshman Rb's who are dead lifting over 620 pounds each I think we get destroyed to UofL 49-17, there actually Ranked WHAT A SHOCKER!!! but they are at home and are ways better than UK at Every Position. then I see us win the next tow games then lose 3-4 straight then beat Samford , and UT , and Missouri , but they might upset some one which would give them three things , and one giant thing fire , momentoum, and a belive they can win. but also would give them a six and 6 record which put's them in to a bowl game , IF THEY WIN THAT GAME JOKER IS SAFE FOR ONE to TWO YEARS. Final record UK+ 5-7 or 7-6 ( if they upset some one)

We've won between 5 and 7 the last six years. I predict between 5 and 7 again. I'll say 6..
What's interesting about that is the six years before that Kentucky won more than 4 games just once (7-5 in 2002) and averaged 3.3 wins per season, yet there are a lot of people angry they aren't winning more often these days. Not saying that's right or wrong, just an observation.
I am going to go with six wins this year and us getting back to a bowl game. Won't be easy despite the team's overall improvement due to the schedule while also trying to overcome the overall pessimism around the program, which would really spiral downward if they lose badly to UL.
Probable wins - WKU, Samford, Kent State
Probable losses - Florida, South Carolina, Arkansas
Tossup games - Tenn, Miss St, Georgia, Missou, Vandy and UL.
They are young but I think the cats can win three of these - most likely W's in my opinion are Miss St, Tenn and UL.
6-6 regular season and a bowl victory for 7.
This team is going to be vastly better both offensively and in the return games. That gives the young defense a much needed rest and good field position. They will rally around Joker and this staff just like a few years ago under Brooks when people were ready to run him off.
This UK team is going to bring the excitement back to the Commonwealth.

Expectations were raised back then, and many feel like the program did not deliver. Fans were told that those winning seasons with the extra month of bowl practice would lead to increases in performance in the future, and better quality of recruits. Didn't work out that way, and instead we kind of backslid instead. IMO that is one of the main causes for the fan frustration presently. Hopefully we are on the way of turning things around.
