Looks like the NCAA may finally be moving towards loosening some of their rules with regard to recruiting for all sports. We all know how crazy the NCAA rulebook is .... where it's considered against the rules to provide cream cheese as a 'legal' spread for a bagel ... so this can only be an improvement.
I was hoping they might put in an early signing period, but apparently not. The changes to recruiting rules are most interesting including the rule on who can be a recruiting coordinator.
