Seeing Roark running down the left sideline late in the 3rd quarter, I immediately thought about the play in 2005 when Woodson (also #3) was leading UK down field for a tying touchdown against UofL. Exact same place on the field where Woodson fumbled. UofL recovered and ran out the clock for the win. Fortunately this time it was not ruled a fumble. Considering UK's luck on the football field I was expecting the worse.

just to set this straight with regards to the Woodson fumble, after Woodson fumbled before possession could be regained by either team a player touched the ball in bounds while he himself was out of bounds. this should have caused the play and the ball to be dead and for UK to retain possession.
*see the Raider/Chargers Thursday night game for the correct way to handle this issue (i.e. Vincent Brown WR for San Diego juggled and caught a TD pass, however before he was able to gain possession a Raider defender touched the juggled ball while also simultaneously being out of bounds. Ruling, incomplete pass.
