As far as I am concerned, yeah. As far as people who actually know some things go, probably but not giving up yet.

Certainly seems like that ship has sailed....haven't heard any legit chatter about him in three weeks. Besides, we already have three WR and Timmons very likely to commit. I know you take Samples, but doesn't seem possible we'd take five WR. I don't think the staff would not take Timmons at this point given they have spent a ton of resources on him the last three weeks.

Just doesn't look like it's going to happen.
