I don't care what the new coach's name is.

I just want someone who is hard nosed, will instill discipline, recruit decent talent, coach them up so we have a shot at 7-9 wins a season. I am thinking a Jerry Claiborne type guy. Joker is just too nice. We have some pretty decent players but they need to be shown toughness and to be coached up.
